We are building the tallest residential tower in Sector 3

Global Investment Group announces a new project in development, Global Residence Monolitului, located one minute walk from Mihai Bravu Metro Station, with access to two streets: Peneș Curcanul and Monolitului. The new development will be delivered in two phases: 94 apartments in 2022 and 146 apartments in 2023.

The project has three buildings, two GF + 15 and one GF + 18, and, at the end, the 18-storey block of the Global Residence Monolith will be the tallest residential tower in Sector 3.
