Global Residence investor launches new developer brand

The investor of Global Residence projects launches its developer brand, Global Investment Group, a brand under which it has gathered the more than 2,000 apartments delivered over the last 18 years, and the following projects in development.

The group was founded 18 years ago by Adrian Ruja, from Sibiu. At the beginning, he started with his own construction company, ADI CONSTRUCT, later he started his activity in residential development area.

Between 2003-2007 he delivered 500 apartments in Sibiu, and then he started to activate on the Bucharest market, where he has built 1,500 living units.

Among the most well-known recently delivered projects we find Global Residence Mihai Bravu with 280 housing units finished in 2020, or Global Residence Piața Muncii, with 128 apartments delivered in 2017.

Currently, the developer is building a new project, Global Residence Monolitului, located one minute from Mihai Bravu Metro Station, with access to two streets Peneș Curcanul and Monolitului. The new development is to be delivered in two phases: 94 apartments in 2022 and 146 in 2023. At the end, Global Residence Monolith will be the tallest residential tower in Sector 3.
