The story of Global Investment Group begins in 2003 in Sibiu, when we set up our own construction company.

Between 2003 and 2007 we built about 500 apartments in Sibiu. In 2007 we decided to extend our business on the real estate market in Bucharest. Between 2007 and 2012 we have completed 1,000 housing units in both Bucharest and Sibiu.

Since 2012 we have started to develop residential projects under the Global Residence brand, most of them being located in the proximity of Mihai Bravu, Dristor or Piața Muncii metro stations.

Nowadays, Global Investment Group is one of the most active developers on the middle segment of the residential market. We are still involved in every phase of the project: from the acquisition of the land, the mix of apartments, the construction process to the turnkey delivery.
