300 families have moved to Global Residence Mihai Bravu

Global Residence Mihai Bravu, the residential ensemble located on 451-471 Mihai Bravu Street was recently finalized and delivered for 280 customers who took over their apartments: units with two, three and four rooms as well as penthouses on the top floors of the building.

A modern development, the Global Residence Mihai Bravu ensemble provides, in addition to the 280 apartments, 4,700 sqm of commercial spaces on the ground floor and mezzanine, being a mixed-use complex that can serve both the residents of the community and the busy traffic in the area.

The project delivered apartments with generous areas of 91 sqm for three-room units and 128 sqm for 4-room units. The compartmentalization of the building was made on concrete frames, with interior and exterior brick walls.

The project is well connected to the facilities of the area: Mihai Bravu Metro Station, Tineretului & Delta Vacaresti Park, Lidl supermarket, Mihai Bravu Shopping Park, numerous kindergartens and schools.
